It’s time for Workfulness
With our connected lifestyles, we’ve gotten used to having an ongoing flow of information around us – even at work. Studies show that on average we check our phones 150 times a day. So why do we feel the need to check emails and scroll through our Instagram feed when we should in fact be focusing on things that need to get done? These are issues we need to address in order to help companies form sustainable businesses with sustainable employees for years to come.
We teamed up with neuroscientist Katarina Gospic, and created a whole new way of using information technology at work based on research and knowledge about how the brain functions. Our Workfulness concept gives decision makers and employees the necessary tools to be able to focus, perform and make wise decisions. It’s about being smart, and to start using technology and your brain together the right way at work. This is what we call Workfulness.
